If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

Your Order Return / Replacement or Cancellation Rights

Orders once placed and confirmed by us will be freezed by our system. In case customer want to cancel before delivery refund will be issued post deduction of fright charges as applicable.

You are entitled to claim replacement for your order within same day of delivery with valid unboxing video.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the RTO Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

For Damage Claim only unboxing video evidence will be referred for verification.

For Smartwatch Watches chargers shall be 5V or less, also we take liability of working watch delivery post it and unboxing no liability of China goods.

For Earbud and Neckband also video needed and working issues to be notified same day of delivery.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the address provided in return confirmation email.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
